Adam Pike

Adam Pike joined the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2020. Mr. Pike is primarily responsible for sourcing debt and capital for commercial real estate transactions of all asset types including multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, industrial, land, construction and development.
Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Pike was a commercial lender at Icon Bank in Houston and began his career in lending in his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa in 2007 at Bankers Trust Company.
Mr. Pike graduated from the University of Houston with a Corporate & Organizational Communication Degree.
