Adam Pike

Adam Pike is an Associate Director, Capital Markets with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation with expertise in sourcing capital for commercial real estate transactions of all asset types including retail, multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, land, land development, and construction. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Pike was an Associate with LMI Capital, and has established relationships with multiple lenders, brokers, and property owners.

Prior to joining LMI in 2017, Mr. Pike worked as a Vice President, Lender for a local community bank in Houston. While there, he established relationships with property owners and developed financial analysis packages on various commercial property types.

Mr. Pike graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts.
