Adam Mengacci

Adam Mengacci brings over two decades of real estate experience in capital markets, leasing, asset management and appraisal, which allows him to approach financing from multiple perspectives. Adam has structured and closed billions of dollars of real estate transactions for property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and build-to-rent.

Prior to joining IPA, Adam served as Partner & Managing Director of Hamilton Realty Finance (HRF), a boutique real estate capital markets advisory firm. Adam joined HRF in 2018 after spending five years as a Vice President with Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) in the Dallas Capital Markets Group. Adam is licensed in Nevada as a Commercial Loan Originator and in Texas as a Real Estate Salesperson. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and his Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
