Aaron graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento with a Real Estate Finance degree. From there, Aaron went straight for his Broker’s license using his Real Estate Finance degree as an Education in Lieu of Experience. With a strong passion to excel, he then completed a Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program from the Ivy League school Cornell University. Aaron has acquired the Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC) designations and has completed several Novogradac workshops/books. Aaron comes from a 12-year long IT background, and he uses his extensive IT knowledge to help his clients in a number of ways.
Aaron currently lives in Roseville. In his free time, he enjoys working out, going for walks, reading, listening to audio books, diving into science-related subjects, and spending time with family & friends.
