Thomas Gorman is the National Division Leader of Net Lease at Marcus & Millichap, where he leads the firm’s net lease business, focusing on strategic growth, agent collaboration, and transaction execution for owners, developers, and owner-users across North America.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Thomas held senior positions with national commercial real estate platforms, where he advised institutional investors, REITs, developers, and private clients on net lease acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and portfolio strategy. Earlier in his career, he joined Marcus & Millichap as a net lease broker, where he built a successful team before transitioning into leadership roles overseeing brokerage offices, recruiting and mentoring agents, and supporting client-advisory initiatives across multiple markets.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Loyola University Maryland and completed study abroad coursework at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and previously served on the ICSC PA/NJ/DE Idea Exchange Planning Committee as well as Pennsylvania Chairperson for ICSC NextGen.
