Victor M. Garcia

Victor M. Garcia serves as the managing director and market leader for Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, where he leads a team of investment sales professionals specializing in commercial real estate throughout South Florida. With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience and more than $1.5 billion in closed transactions, Garcia oversees strategic growth initiatives, recruiting and business development efforts for one of the nation’s most active investment sales markets. He works closely with agents, investors and property owners, providing market intelligence and advisory services across multifamily, office, industrial, retail and other investment property types throughout the region.

Garcia rejoined Marcus & Millichap in 2024 in a leadership role after previously serving as a sales manager and investment sales agent with the firm earlier in his career. During his prior tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he was recognized with the firm’s Pace Setter Award, reflecting his early success in investment sales and business development. Prior to returning to the firm, Garcia held leadership and advisory positions with Crexi, JLL and HFF, where he gained extensive experience in investment sales, client advisory services and commercial real estate technology platforms. Known for his hands-on approach to leadership, Garcia focuses on mentorship, training and helping agents build long-term careers in commercial real estate investment sales.

A graduate of the University of Miami, Garcia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in entrepreneurship, further strengthening his long-standing connection to the South Florida market and local business community.
