Brian Hosey

Brian Charles Hosey serves as Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Marcus & Millichap's Mid-Atlantic region, where he oversees brokerage operations spanning five offices and leads more than 100 investment sales and financing professionals. He is responsible for driving the firm's growth, recruiting and developing talent, and expanding client service capabilities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2010, Brian has held leadership roles in New York, New Jersey, and the Mid-Atlantic region. His career reflects a proven track record of developing professionals, growing market share, and advancing the firm's strategic initiatives throughout the Eastern United States.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with dual bachelor's degrees in Business and Communications. He lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and three children.
