Julia Penczak

Julia Penczak joined the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in July 2022. As Project Director, she leads cross-functional teams to advance key business initiatives, including technology enhancements, public relations, onboarding, operations and administration, event planning, marketing, management coordination, and corporate strategy. Prior to MMCC, Julia held several leadership roles in hospitality management. She earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island.
