Joseph Caridi is Head of Leasing & Advisory Services at Marcus & Millichap, where he leads the firm’s national expansion of leasing and advisory capabilities to help owners, investors, and occupiers make more effective real estate decisions. In this role, he strengthens advisor collaboration, expands platform capabilities, and delivers strategic solutions that advance client growth and portfolio objectives.
Mr. Caridi brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate leadership experience, with deep expertise in brokerage operations, leasing strategy, talent development, recruiting, and regional growth. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he held senior executive roles at leading commercial real estate firms, including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers International.
Throughout his career, Mr. Caridi has completed more than 900 commercial real estate transactions totaling over 10 million square feet, advising leading corporate tenants on complex occupancy, leasing, and portfolio decisions.
Mr. Caridi is a licensed real estate broker in New York, Connecticut, and Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law at Queens College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
