Evan Wayne

Evan Wayne is senior vice president and chief information officer for Marcus & Millichap, leading the strategic direction and oversight of the firm’s information services organization. He is responsible for driving innovation, advancing platform development, and ensuring operational excellence while aligning technology initiatives with the company’s long-term business objectives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Wayne collaborates closely with senior leaders to support growth, scalability, and market leadership. 

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Wayne served as chief information officer at World Market, where he built an independent technology organization and implemented transformative digital strategies. He previously held senior technology leadership roles at Rodan + Fields, Sephora and Gap, Inc., where he led large-scale cloud platform migrations, enterprise system modernization initiatives, and the development of advanced data protection frameworks. 

Mr. Wayne has extensive expertise in strategic planning, IT governance, and team leadership. He also serves as Chairman of the Non-Profit Board of Directors for the Japanese Community Youth Council, a San Francisco Bay Area organization. 

Mr. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California.
