Andee Robb is the Head of Retail Leasing & Advisory Services at Marcus & Millichap, where she leads the firm’s retail leasing business, focusing on the development and expansion of leasing capabilities, retailer relationships, and delivering strategic leasing and advisory solutions for owners, investors, and retailers across North America. 

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ms. Robb held senior leadership positions with national retail real estate organizations, advising some of the country’s most recognized retailers on portfolio strategy, market expansion, lease administration, and transaction management. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Transaction Management within JLL’s Retail Corporate Services group, where she led integrated real estate teams delivering national transaction management programs and enterprise real estate solutions for leading domestic and global brands.  

Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade with Regis Corporation, where she held leadership roles across asset management, business development, lease administration, and portfolio management.  She played an instrumental role in supporting the growth and optimization of one of North America's largest retail real estate portfolios while helping drive operational efficiencies and technology innovation across the organization.  

Andee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
