Ryan J. Bowlby is a Senior Associate / Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap and specializes in the sale of retail investment properties.

Ryan began working with Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and since then has participated in the disposition of both private and institutional real estate, with a combined transaction history exceeding $850 million in investment sales. Ryan is geographically focused on the Rocky Mountain and Midwest Regions; closing investment properties in ten different states within those regions. Ryan has an extensive track record in all variances of retail properties including: neighborhood strip centers, grocery anchored, power centers, regional malls and single tenant net leased. Ryan’s diverse transactional history allows him to provide clients with in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis on varying asset types within the retail product category.
