Ryan J. Bowlby is a Senior
Associate / Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap and specializes in
the sale of retail investment properties.


Ryan began working with Marcus
& Millichap in 2005 and since then has participated in the disposition of
both private and institutional real estate, with a combined transaction history
exceeding $800 million in investment sales. Ryan’s geographic focus is on the
Rocky Mountain and Midwest Regions; closing investment properties in ten
different states within those regions. Ryan has an extensive track record in
all variances of retail properties including: neighborhood strips, grocery
anchored shopping centers, regional malls, power centers and single tenant net
leased. Ryan’s diverse transactional history allows him to provide clients with
in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis on varying asset types within
the retail product category.
