Ronnie Issenberg

Ronnie S. Issenberg, Senior Managing Director Investments and Director National Retail Group, has been working in the Investment Real Estate Community since 1998 managing his personal portfolio of Multi Family properties and since 2005, been a member of the National Retail, Net Leased Properties and Land Divisions of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in brokerage of Single Tenant Retail and Fuel Service Assets. Mr. Issenberg earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Miami. He is also active with the Urban Land Institute, Builder’s Association of South Florida, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Florida Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association.

Over the past 11 years, Mr. Issenberg has sold over 600 properties for a value of $1.2 Billion, has over $98 million under contract, and has generated over $3 billion in qualified offers. He is presently marketing over $230 million of assets. In addition, Mr. Issenberg has played an intricate role in assisting Investors with the renegotiation of leases which has directly added higher net equity upon the sale of their assets.
