Rob enjoyed a 28-year career in city management, including 20 years as Murfreesboro, Tennessee's Assistant City Manager and City Manager. As City Manager, Rob was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City, managed a $180 million annual budget and led a team of 1,200 employees.
Rob's career also includes serving as Management Intern for the City of West Palm Beach, Florida and Assistant Town Manager in Pulaski, Virginia.
His 20 years of local government service provides him a unique understanding of Middle Tennessee and established relationships with the development community and state and local officials across the state.
Rob joined Marcus & Millichap in May 2018 and specializes in office and industrial properties. Rob is continuing his focus on creating authentic relationships and adding value and wealth to his clients.

Rob was named Daily News Journal's 2009 Person of the Year and was awarded the Pinnacle Award by the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee and served as Class President.
The Nashville Business Journal named Rob a Rutherford County Person of Influence. Rob served as President of the Tennessee City Management Association, Board Member for the Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the Industrial Development Board.
