Nick LiBassi

Nick LiBassi is a Director Investments, and member of the Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group (PWF), one of the top retail brokerage teams in the country, with over 950 closings totaling $4.5B in sales volume and 47M square feet throughout 34 states.

As an investment sales broker, Nick specializes in providing advisory services and transactional representation throughout Ohio and the Midwest U.S. He has 12 years of experience specializing in shopping centers – from small 2-3 tenant strips to large regional power centers – and single-tenant net leased (STNL) retail, medical, and industrial properties. His advisory services encompass the full lifecycle of CRE investments – acquisitions, dispositions, sell vs. hold, 1031 exchanges, leasing & tenant negotiations, operations & management, and financing/capital structure – adding considerable value to his clients’ decision-making processes. He has distinguished himself in the private client and middle-market segments, where his work ethic, fiduciary integrity & diligence, and deep product & tenant knowledge have made him trusted advisor for sell-side and buy-side transactions ranging from $1-30M, representing private & HNW investors, family offices & trusts, regional developers, and real estate private equity firms.

Nick started his career with M&M and PWF in 2012. In addition to his advisory & brokerage experience, Nick spent a decade as PWF’s business manager and real estate analyst, where he oversaw daily operations and seven full-time back-office staff, and produced extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis for an estimated $8B of listing assignments & BOVs. He attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in real estate and investment finance. He resides in Cleveland with his wife and children.
