Michael Tuccillo has been working in commercial real estate since 2012, and built their business on solid fundamentals, honesty, and hard work. Joining Marcus & Millichap in 2016 as a retail sales specialist, he appreciates the importance of each of his clients’ unique goals and motivations, and invests the necessary time, care, and effort to help them realize those goals. His strong work ethic and accountability to his clients’ best interests, combined with a focus on accurate underwriting and property analyses, has established Michael as a valuable addition to his clients’ team of professional advisors. As part of the team, he works closely with his clients’ partners, financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys to develop and follow a tailored real estate investment strategy.
As an exclusive listing agent, Michael works with sellers to proactively and comprehensively market their real estate assets leveraging the strengths of Marcus & Millichap’s national platform to create a competitive bidding environment that ultimately produces the highest priced offers with the best terms in the shortest amount of time. Michael also works with clients who are not yet in a position to sell by recommending strategies to strengthen property value, improve efficiency, generate greater cash-flow, manage debt, and reduce expenses during their hold period. Throughout every transaction, Michael is committed to helping his clients create and preserve wealth by providing them with the best real estate investment research, advisory, and transaction services in the market.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Michael specialized in retail property sales at a smaller full-service brokerage Sabre Real Estate Group, and brings significant underwriting and transactional experience across a variety of property types to each and every new project. When Michael is not meeting with clients in the field or pounding the phones in the office, he can be found on the soccer pitch or traveling, and spending time with his family.
