Michael A. Cardone

Michael is a member of both the National Retail Group and the Net Leased Properties Group with Marcus & Millichap. He is based out of the Manhattan Office and specializes in the sale of single tenant retail assets throughout the country with a heavy concentration on drugstores. His clients include both private and institutional investors.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Michael worked for a commercial real estate company in the New Jersey, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of retail assets throughout New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Michael previously worked for a leading general construction firm in Northern New Jersey where he was the manager of operations and worked with leading public and private companies within the region.

Michael holds his real estate license in the State of New York and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a graduate of Saint Peter’s University and enjoys the ocean, traveling, landscaping projects and spending time with family and close friends.
