Maria DeAngelis


Maria DeAngelis comes to commercial real estate via a career in marketing. She is the co-founder of a marketing/branding agency that she helped grow into a multimillion-dollar business. Maria brings that unique, brand-building experience to Marcus & Millichap, helping her clients clearly define their goals, identify the most likely buyer pool, and customize the marketing to speak directly to that audience.

Maria discovered her passion for real estate when the agency grew too big for its original space. She oversaw the purchase and development of a contaminated, 110,000 square-foot factory, becoming acutely familiar with remediation in the process. In addition to housing her own firm, the building was subdivided into 13 commercial units.

In 2016, Maria joined a boutique commercial real estate firm, officially launching her new career. Most notably, she facilitated the $22.5 million transaction of 231–233 E. 51st Street in Manhattan, representing the buyer.

Maria joined Marcus & Millichap in 2018. Working in all areas of commercial real estate, she specializes in multi-tenant, retail strip, and mixed use properties.
