Logan Markley

Logan Markley works as the Managing Director of Brokerage for the #1 Multifamily Sales Team in Manhattan directly with Joe Koicim. He specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties in New York City. Logan oversees New York Multifamily’s Manhattan operations, driving property generation and deal execution, mentoring and cultivating six associate agents, and shaping overall market strategy.

With over twelve years of expertise since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2014, Logan has sold over $1.9 Billion in multifamily and mixed-use properties across Manhattan and helped clients exchange into over $180MM+ of NNN properties around the country. Some notable sales include the three Interest Only Portfolios that aggregated to $136,150,000, The ESM Portfolio for $131,500,000, a 13-building Chelsea Portfolio for $94,500,000, 313-317 West 35th Street for a combined $71,000,000, The Free Market Manhattan Portfolio for $61,772,180, The Jones LES at 331 East Houston Street for $61,250,000, 194 East 2nd Street for $41,150,000, and 186 Franklin Street for $37,370,000.

Logan began his career in real estate in 2012 at Marcus & Millichap, working in the Encino, California office. During his time in the Encino office, Logan was responsible for generating market analysis reports, underwriting various classes of properties, and reviewing contracts for senior associates. He continued to excel in real estate when he was hired in 2013 as a development and acquisitions intern for Fortuna Realty Group. Logan helped Fortuna Realty Group manage their existing portfolio, monitor current development projects, and analyze new properties to acquire.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan branch, Logan graduated from The George Washington School of Business in 2014, majoring in finance with a concentration in real estate.
