Greg Parker specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties located in the Central Denver submarkets. As a Colorado native and University of Denver graduate, Greg is uniquely qualified to provide insight into the dynamics of the state and its evolving market. Greg began his real estate career with Marcus and Millichap as a student intern in 2017 and was immediately recruited to the Price Apartment Investment Group upon graduation. He prides himself on providing outstanding client service throughout every step of the real estate transaction. Through hard work and market knowledge, Greg offers his clients an edge in all aspects of the investment market, including underwriting and analysis, marketing, and negotiating. While attending DU, Greg earned a B.S. in International Business and a dual minor in Finance and Economics from Daniels College of Business.
