Gio Napoli

Giovanni Napoli serves as an Executive Managing Director in IPA’s Seattle office and co-leads the firm’s Pacific Northwest multifamily platform with Philip Assouad. He brings over two decades of experience advising institutional and private clients on the sale of multifamily assets and urban infill development sites.

Giovanni began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2004, where he formed a long-standing partnership with Philip Assouad and earned multiple Top Selling and Top Listing Agent awards.

He previously served as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews, focusing on multifamily and development transactions throughout the Puget Sound region and earning the firm’s Big Hitter Award in consecutive years, including achieving the No. 1 ranking in investment sales across all product types.

With a deep dedication to his clients, Giovanni has gained a reputation for providing comprehensive and effective solutions to sell, buy and finance properties, and for overcoming challenges to exceed their investment goals.
