David Stollenwerk joined Marcus & Millichap’s Nashville office after seven years as VP of Acquisitions for a build-to-suit developer, where he gained experience underwriting development opportunities and performing extensive market feasibility analysis. He transitioned into Multifamily Investment Sales and Advisement and successfully brokered over $47 million in Multifamily investments his first year. Mr. Stollenwerk, currently a Senior Investment Advisor, has a highly focused multifamily asset disposition team that offer the ability to accurately underwrite existing assets that deliver clients comprehensive evaluations through extensive knowledge of various markets, cash flow analysis and IRR analysis. Covering Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Louisville Kentucky, Mr. Stollenwerk is committed to helping his clients create and preserve wealth by providing them with unmatched Real Estate Investment Sales, Finance, Research and Advisory Services.
