David B. Tarnoff

David Tarnoff is a Senior Managing Director Investments the Chicago Downtown office of Marcus & Millichap. During his 28-year career, he has been involved in over $1,6 billion of real estate covering apartments, office, retail, net lease, etc.

Although most of his clients range from large to medium size private investors, he often assists institutional and newer investors. David takes pride in his broad-based advisory services which assist his clients in achieving their real estate goals in a manner that maximizes value, reduces risk, minimizes errors and capitalizes on opportunities.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker, David practiced as a licensed accountant and attorney which skills he currently brings to his underwriting, negotiating, and contracts representation.
