Mr. Lisser is a graduate of Clarkson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and New York University where he earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC), ICSC and the MBA. Mr. Lisser was on the board of governors of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association and is a past-chair of the Real Estate Executives Division of the United Jewish Appeal of New York City.

Mr. Lisser has more than 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $5 billion in transactions”). He specializes in highly structured transactions. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Lisser served as a Senior Vice President with Walker & Dunlop which he joined as part of the Johnson Capital acquisition. He was also a managing director at the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, where he headed the firm’s loan sales group and was involved in raising debt and equity for real estate projects throughout the United States. Preceding Ackman-Ziff, Mr. Lisser was a vice president at Secured Capital Corporation where he was co-head of the loan sales advisory group. Previously, Mr. Lisser was a lender with Deutsche Bank and Chemical Bank and a consultant with Ernst & Young.
