Christopher Pappas

Overview

Chris Pappas is a member of
Marcus & Millichap’s National Net Leased Properties Group in the Manhattan
Office focused on representing sellers and buyers in the acquisition and
disposition of net leased assets with a concentration on CVS, Walgreens, and
Rite Aid pharmacies. Chris is a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland and
has extensive real estate advisory experience having previously worked with
CBRE’s Global Occupier Team representing Fortune 500 companies, a major Mid-Atlantic
consulting firm advising on ground-up development, and in private legal
practice.



Chris earned his Juris Doctorate
from the Georgetown University Law Center and undergraduate degree from the
University of Maryland, College Park. In his leisure time, Chris enjoys
spending time with his family, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, traveling, and
participating in various charitable events. Chris currently resides in Manhattan’s
East Village.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Chris worked for CBRE where he specialized in leasing transactions and portfolio management for national retailers and Fortune 500 companies locally, nationally, and globally.  Chris has also worked as a leasing attorney and as a consultant for a national real estate firm advising clients on and assessing the extent of market support for proposed new construction, rehabilitation, and adaptive re-use development projects.
