Christopher K. Drake


Christopher K. Drake is an office and industrial property specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento office. Chris exclusively represents owners of investment real estate throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. He creates long-term relationships by consistently meeting the investment needs of his clients allowing them to create and preserve wealth to accomplish their unique real estate investment goals. A native of Elk Grove, Chris has a deep understanding of the Sacramento market and the subtle nuances of each sub-market within the region.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Chris graduated from Menlo College in Atherton, California, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business and sports management. While there, he was a three-time member of the football team where he played wide receiver.
He earned the Marcus & Millichap Pace Setter Award in 2015 and is a member of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group (NOIPG), National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), and Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) 
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys coaching youth football, golfing, tournament bass fishing, and playing various sports.
