Austin Weisenbeck

Austin Weisenbeck is a commercial real estate investment broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. He specializes in retail investment sales, net-leased properties and medical investment real estate throughout Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and the broader Midwest. Austin advises private, corporate and institutional investors on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant retail, multi-tenant shopping centers, net-leased assets and medical properties.

With 19 years of commercial real estate experience and nearly two decades with Marcus & Millichap, Austin has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than $4.58 billion in sales volume. His market expertise spans retail, net lease and medical investment properties, and he provides strategic guidance on property sales, acquisitions and underutilized real estate assets.

Austin takes a consultative, proactive and hands-on approach to each assignment. He works closely with clients, attorneys, lenders, property managers and other transaction professionals to improve communication, identify challenges early and increase the probability of a successful closing.

As a member of the Sharko | Weisenbeck | Mendoza Group, Austin helps strengthen the team’s presence in the Midwest retail, net lease and medical investment property markets.

Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing and playing tennis.
