Alan Treadway is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group in the firm’s Nashville office. Mr. Treadway has more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in seller/buyer office, industrial, retail, and land assemblage. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, part of Mr. Treadway's work history included experience with such companies as CBRE and Southeast Venture, LLC. In addition, from 2003 to 2006 he served as Real Estate Manager for the
Metropolitan Government of Nashville.
