Adlee Efraim joined Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles office in 2017 as a specialist in the South Bay and Central Los Angeles. He previously acquired and retenanted shopping centers in Southern California for Efraim, Parry & Co., a value-add developer in Beverly Hills. He brings an understanding for the classical aspirations and concerns of real estate investors to a firm built around focusing on the best capital available, whether commanding the 1031 Exchange marketplace or originating loans in house. He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC.) Mr. Efraim earned a B.A. from Bard College in 2014 and is involved with its affiliated American Symphony Orchestra at Carnegie Hall.
