Black Canyon Campground is a 61-site property located in Black Canyon City, Arizona. The site mix is comprised of 50 RV lot rents, four cabins, three tiny homes, three tent sites, and one apartment. The property operates on well water and wastewater treatment plant. All utilities are paid for by the ownership except for electric which is paid for by the residents. Amenities include laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, Wi-Fi, playground, dog park, and convenience store. Black Canyon City is a relatively small town located in Black Canyon along the I-17. It sits near Rock Springs and Bumble Bee, about 40 miles north of Phoenix. The city is known for its natural beauty, historic significance, and outdoor activities. Some of the most popular destinations include Black Canyon National Recreation Trail, Black Canyon Heritage Park, and Rock Springs Café. Approximately one hour north of the property is Sedona, which attracts over 3 million visitors annually and brings in over $1 billion to the area.
