This development can comprise 170+/- multifamily apartment units, townhomes on the RMF-20 zoned parcel, and up to nine residential single-family homes on the RR zoned parcel. 7200-7220 Livingston Road is located approximately two miles away from Tanger Outlets, MGM Casino, and National Harbor.
