Marcus & Millichap has been engaged to offer the retail component of this project. Under the approved planned development, approximately 56,000 square feet of retail is anticipated. The approved uses include retail shops, art gallery, restaurants, brewery, office, financial institutions, and pharmacy. There is a maximum building height of four stories.

Multi-family District (13 acres)
330 units are approved under the planned development. The developer is currently seeking a multi-family developer.

Hospitality District
A 100-room hotel is also anticipated for the project and will be located on College Street. The developer is currently under contract with a hotel developer.

Sports and Entertainment District
The project will be anchored by a sports and entertainment complex, which will be home to an American Association of baseball independent moderately baseball team. The stadium will be a 2,500 fixed seat facility with a maximum capacity of 4,000.
