EL MIRAGE, Ariz., Aug. 18, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased childcare facility occupied by Busy Bees Child Care Center in El Mirage, Arizona, for $3,350,000.
“We sourced the buyer through our proactive marketing approach and persistence despite a rising interest rate environment,” said Spencer Berkley. “This was the final property in a five-asset portfolio we brought to market, each sold in separate escrows to individual buyers within a short timeframe. Notably, the buyer was a non-1031, all-cash investor, which is rare in today’s climate.”
