Marcus & Millichap Brokers $5.5 Million Sale of Fully Leased Office Asset in South Miami

MIAMI, June 23, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of UniFirst Professional Building, a 20,209-square-foot office building in Miami, Florida, for $5.5 million. 

“This strategically located medical office building serves the local community with many important providers,” said Alex Zylberglait, executive managing director of investments. “New ownership will continue medical services and will improve the asset significantly.” 

Zylberglait and Michael Crocchiola, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was procured by an outside brokerage. 

Located at 8353 SW 124th St, UniFirst Professional Building is positioned just north of the intersection of South Dixie Highway (U.S. 1) and SW 124th Street, one of Miami’s busiest corridors with more than 68,000 vehicles per day. The two-story building sits on 0.61 acres and includes 24 suites, more than 80 percent of which are leased to medical practitioners. The property was recently upgraded with hurricane impact windows and a resealed roof and is 100 percent leased.
