JONESBORO, Ark., May 19, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 26,000-square-foot industrial facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for $5,250,000.

Located at 2800 Fair Park Blvd., the property is leased to SRS Distribution, which was recently acquired by The Home Depot. The 6.38-acre site offers proximity to Interstate 555 and U.S. Highway 49.
