Marcus & Millichap Arranges $4.5 Million Sale of Retail Asset in Ocala

OCALA, Fla., May 15, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Firestone, a net-leased property located in Ocala, Florida. The asset sold for $4,540,000. 

“New construction Firestone properties continue to achieve aggressive pricing, fueled by strong credit, limited inventory, and growing demand from an expanding pool of 1031 exchange buyers," said Don McMinn, senior managing director investments. 

McMinn, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Georgia-based developer.  Ryan Nee is the firm’s broker of record in Florida. 

The 6,723-square-foot property is 100 percent leased to Firestone, a subsidiary of Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC, under a new 15-year absolute triple-net lease. Built in 2024 and located at 30 Bahia Ave., the property is positioned on Highway 464, adjacent to a Publix-anchored center and Walmart Supercenter.
