Joseph Jaques, first vice president, and Ron Hebert, senior vice president in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the buyer in the transaction. This repeat buyer acquired the property in an all-cash deal directly from the seller. This transaction continues the trend of private capital buyers acquiring well-located office assets across DFW.
