Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a Former Walgreens Building in Indiana

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA, June 13, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a former Walgreens building located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, according to Josh Caruana, regional manager of the firm’s Indianapolis office. The asset sold for $1,500,000.
David Klink and Jordan Klink, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Jordan Klink and David Klink.
The former Walgreens building is located at 1701 E Paulding Rd in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
