Zuhare "Z" Rizvon

Zuhare is an associate member of the Lagos Retail Group and Marcus & Millichap, representing institutional and entrepreneurial owners with the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic United States. His clientele typically own retail properties on primary retail thoroughfares, which feature national and regional tenants.

Zuhare joined Marcus & Millichap in early 2019 as an analyst, assisting with underwriting, marketing, and research activities. He then worked as transaction coordinator and managed all the Lagos Group’s real estate deals, prior to transitioning into brokerage.

Zuhare graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in finance and a focus in real estate. In his free time, Zuhare enjoys photography, exploring new places to eat, and spending time with his family and friends.
