Zachary Rosen

Zach Rosen is a leading multi-family investment agent in Marcus and Millichap’s West Los Angeles office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings as well as in ground up development sites throughout Los Angeles County. Additionally, he advises clients in the utilization of 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Zach joined the firm in 2016 and has continued to be a trusted resource to dozens of real estate stakeholders including individuals, family trusts, and large scale operators. He continuously studies market and industry trends in order to maximize value for his client base. Zach leverages his extensive knowledge of the 1031 Exchange process to arrange tax deferred real estate trades. Zach has completed transactions throughout many Los Angeles submarkets ranging from the San Fernando Valley to some of West Los Angeles’s prime neighborhoods. Before joining Marcus and Millichap, Zach worked side by side with one of the most active multifamily and single family developers in Los Angeles as an analyst and acquisition advisor.
