Tanner Fogle

Tanner Fogle joined the Dinius-Warsinske Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022. Mr. Fogle specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation, and transaction services. Focusing on the South King & Pierce County Markets, Mr. Fogle utilizes his market expertise of trends, sales, and valuations to assist client's in maximizing their returns on current & future investments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Fogle spent time as an Audit Associate at KPMG, where he developed an expertise in financial statement analysis.

Tanner played college basketball at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Through hard work, education, and team sports he has developed a strong work ethic, diligence, and passion that allows him to better fulfill his client’s desires and opportunities. Tanner is a Pacific Northwest native and in his free time he enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
