Sykes Cargile

Sykes got his real estate license in his senior year of college and immediately began working at a full-service real estate firm, before moving over to Marcus & Millichap in 2021 to focus on office and industrial investment sales.

He is a recent graduate of Haverford College in Philadelphia, where he completed an Interdisciplinary Physics and Economics major with a minor in global Asia. There, he was a DIII athlete and member of the student artboard, an a cappella group and an improv comedy troupe.
