Steve Alvarez joined the Las Vegas office of Marcus & Millichap as an Industrial & Office investment specialist in early 2020. He quickly found success, becoming the Rookie of the Year during his first year with the Firm. He specializes exclusively in Industrial & Office assets throughout Southern Nevada and is a member of the National Office and Industrial Division. After transitioning to Las Vegas from Southern California over a decade ago, Alvarez has spent most of his early commercial real estate career specializing in leasing Retail, Office, and Industrial Assets. Utilizing his extensive market knowledge and leasing background, he can assist clients in generating and sustaining long-term wealth.
