Shujan Valiani

Shujan Valiani is a licensed agent in Georgia with half a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales, Development, and Property Management. Shujan is a multi-tenant retail property specialist in the firm’s Atlanta office. He started his career at Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Financial Analyst, where he underwrote nearly half a billion dollars ($500 Million) worth of Commercial Real Estate deals. In his first six months as an Investment Broker, he already has over $100 Million in listings and $45 Million under contract.

Previously, Shujan graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Strategy. From here, he began his corporate career at Ernst and Young in their Strategy practice. He helped build out and deploy their Innovation sub-practice with the capabilities to reimagine a company’s corporate finance & supply chain, assess resilience based on market trends, and test operational shifts. His diverse skillset grew rapidly from his experience advising numerous Fortune 500 organizations through mergers, divestitures, real estate investments, and strategic remodeling.
