Sebastian Harris

Sebastian Harris joined Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office in 2016 and specializes in the sale of low-rise and garden style multifamily assets. He focuses on assets, 100 units and under, located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Sebastian successfully launched businesses in the apparel and entertainment industries, with a focus on sales, branding, marketing and advertising. Sebastian also worked with multiple start-ups and fledgling businesses by driving sales and increasing brand awareness. His unique experience, entrepreneurial drive and outside the box thinking has been an integral part of his ability to deliver superior results for the clients he serves.

Sebastian has been with the RPH Multifamily Group since its inception and has been involved in the sale of over thirty five million dollars of multifamily assets throughout Florida.

Mr. Harris holds a degree from Saint Petersburg College and a Florida Broker License. Sebastian also holds a Guinness World Record, for being the youngest person to dive to the wreck of the Titanic.
