Sam Mazumder

Sougata (Sam) Mazumder - joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate Member of the National Hospitality Division in June 2021. He specializes in acquisition, disposition & exchange of hospitality assets through out the Western US. He is a productive member of The Allred Hotel Group - one of the largest & most successful group of investment advisors in the country.
Sam graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a M.S in Engineering. While working as a professional engineer - he continued to study and develop his commercial real estate business for over a decade.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap - Sam also worked in the multi-family & NNN asset class for several years.
His market knowledge & methodical approach makes him very efficient in serving his clients needs.
Sam was recognized as a Marcus & Millichap 'Rising Star' in January 2022.
