Nick Walker began his commercial real estate career during college in the Inland Empire Industrial market. Before Marcus & Millichap, Nick worked for a top team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. After two years of administrative experience at different firms, he developed crucial relationship-forming skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market. After joining Marcus & Millichap’s Ontario office, he began working under Kevin Struve and Drew Wetherholt, each 30-year commercial real estate veterans. Working on the team, Nick leveraged his team’s experience and market expertise to further expand his client base. Nick’s skillset is focused on client relationships, consistency, and leadership. Through his skillset and work ethic he aims to be a top-producing professional in the Inland Empire’s industrial real estate market.
Nick is a Los Angeles native and Cal Poly Pomona alumni with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, sports, and international travel.
