Mike Grenaway

Michael Grenaway is a Senior Associate of Marcus & Millichap and joined the firm in 2018. He currently works with the Nashville IPA team, led by Joe Massa and Anthony Lunceford. Based in the Nashville Gulch office, Michael specializes in Medical Office and General Office Properties. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, and has professional experience in Construction Project Management. Throughout his time at Marcus and Millichap, he has led or assisted in a total of 31 transactions, with a total volume of $197,000,000 in deals closed.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys being active, watching football and basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
