Mike Briseno

Mike began at Marcus & Millichap in January 2020, specializing in multi-tenant retail sales in Tarrant County, Texas. Before coming to the firm, Mike started off his career in commercial real estate in 2017, working for a national firm where he specialized in retail tenant representation. While at his previous firm, he specialized in locating, relocating, or expand their market footprint in the DFW area. In addition, he successfully negotiated multiple lease transactions that were each valued over $1 Million. Mike has also gained extensive knowledge about retail leases that vary from lease to lease. This lease knowledge has transitioned well into multi-tenant retail sales, as he is able to speak to the nuances and the value each lease brings to a specific property.

Mike passionately believes that brick and mortar retail is not going anywhere, as there are some aspects of retail that e-commerce cannot replicate. With this belief, Mike sees a tremendous opportunity for multi-tenant retail investors to think outside the box and be creative with their assets.
