Michael Babicz

Michael Babicz of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial assets across the west coast. Mr. Babicz uses his market expertise and the national Marcus & Millichap platform to curate investment strategies for his clients by assessing market trends and challenges that clients face with their real estate. Mr. Babicz is apart of the Leibsohn Group, which is the most experienced team at the Marcus & Millichap Seattle office with over 32 years of investment and advisory services.

Michael attended Washington State University where he earned a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in financial markets and a minor in Business Administration. In his personal time, Mr. Babicz enjoys skiing, golfing, wakeboarding, and spending time with his friends and family.
