Matthew T. Berk

Born and raised in Colorado, Matthew grew up in a close-knit family alongside his two younger brothers, fostering a competitive spirit and strong work ethic from an early age. By the age of 13, he began assisting with the management of his family's investment portfolio, gaining hands-on experience in financial strategy and asset oversight. At 19, he purchased his first investment property, which he successfully managed independently for three years.

Matthew earned his degree in Real Estate and Finance from Colorado State University. While attending CSU, he worked as a leasing agent for CA Ventures at a Class-A student housing facility, where he quickly rose to become the top-performing agent within six months.

Outside of work, Matthew is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time in Summit and Grand Counties, where he takes advantage of Colorado’s natural beauty and recreational opportunities.
